耐腐蝕真空泵的工作原理是什么

耐腐蝕真空泵是根據(jù)國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并結(jié)合非金屬泵工藝設(shè)計(jì)制造的。適用于強(qiáng)酸、強(qiáng)堿、鹽、強(qiáng)氧化劑等各種腐蝕性介質(zhì)的長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)輸。它的外殼由內(nèi)襯聚全乙丙烯(FEP)的金屬外殼制成，所有過流部件由塑料合金(聚四乙烯，F(xiàn)EP)制成。
耐腐蝕真空泵結(jié)合了各種塑料泵的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，耐腐蝕性強(qiáng)，耐磨性好，機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高。真空泵適用于沒有固體顆粒的介質(zhì)。它的介質(zhì)溫度0℃~120℃，入口壓力不大于2kg/cm2。那么真空泵的工作原理是怎樣的呢？
耐腐蝕真空泵的工作原理是，當(dāng)泵內(nèi)充滿水時(shí)，葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生離心力，葉輪通道內(nèi)的水被甩向外邊，在作用的離心力作用下面流入泵殼，于是葉輪中間的壓力降低，低于進(jìn)水管內(nèi)的壓力，水在作用的壓差作用下從吸水池流入葉輪。這樣水泵就可以持續(xù)吸水供水。
除了葉輪的作用，螺旋泵殼的作用也很重要。從葉輪獲得能的液體流出葉輪時(shí)有很大的作用。液體被收集在螺旋泵殼中，動(dòng)能在后擴(kuò)散管中轉(zhuǎn)化為壓力能。與其他類型的泵相比，耐腐蝕真空泵具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、磨損小、運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定、噪音低、出水均勻、調(diào)節(jié)方便、效率高的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，因此化學(xué)真空泵得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。

Under the action of centrifugal force, the water flows into the pump shell, so the pressure in the middle of the impeller is lower than that in the inlet pipe, and the water flows into the impeller from the suction tank under the action of the differential pressure. In this way, the pump can continuously absorb water and supply water.

The liquid is collected in the screw pump shell, and the kinetic energy is converted into pressure energy in the rear diffuser.
