渦旋泵分子泵組合的工作原理？

渦旋真空泵的工作腔是由一對(duì)型線共軛的渦旋盤副嚙合安裝組成。渦旋盤就是在盤面開有一個(gè)或幾個(gè)漸開線螺旋槽的渦旋型盤狀結(jié)構(gòu)體。一個(gè)靜渦旋盤與一個(gè)動(dòng)渦旋盤相互交錯(cuò)組裝在一起，動(dòng)、靜盤之間由防自轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)保證180°相位差，這樣組成的一對(duì)渦旋盤副構(gòu)成了無油渦旋真空泵的抽氣機(jī)構(gòu)。
靜渦旋盤與動(dòng)渦旋盤彼此之間在幾條直線（ 在橫截面上是幾個(gè)點(diǎn)） 上接觸形成幾對(duì)月牙形封閉腔，動(dòng)渦旋盤在曲軸的驅(qū)動(dòng)下繞靜渦旋盤的渦旋體中心運(yùn)動(dòng)，接觸點(diǎn)沿渦旋曲面移動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)吸氣、壓縮與排氣。
在電機(jī)的帶動(dòng)下，曲軸每轉(zhuǎn)一圈，就有一組新的月牙封閉腔形成，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)渦旋真空泵的吸氣、壓縮、排氣循環(huán)，對(duì)被抽氣體形成包容和強(qiáng)制輸送。
The working chamber of scroll vacuum pump is composed of a pair of scroll disk pairs with conjugate profile. The moving scroll disk moves around the center of the vortex body of the static scroll disk driven by the crankshaft, and the contact point moves along the vortex surface to realize suction, compression and exhaust.
Driven by the motor, a group of new crescent closed cavities are formed every time the crankshaft rotates, so as to realize the suction, compression and exhaust cycle of the scroll vacuum pump, and contain and forcibly transport the extracted gas.
